Fulton To Honor Retiring School System Employees
More than 300 retiring employees, including educators from Johns Creek, will be recognized during a special ceremony June 4.

The Fulton County School System and Fulton Education Foundation next week will honor more than 300 retiring employees for their years of service.
Set for Thursday, June 4 at the Marriott Marquis in downtown Atlanta, the semi-formal event will feature Ron Clark, founder of the Ron Clark Academy, as keynote speaker.
The evening begins with a reception at 5 p.m., followed by the 6 p.m. recognitions program in the Imperial Ballroom. Dancing with a live band begins at 8 p.m.

Known to many as “America’s Educator,” Ron Clark is the 2000 Disney American Teacher of the Year, a two-time New York Times Bestselling author, the subject of a television movie and the founder of The Ron Clark Academy in Atlanta.
More event details are posted online, including names of retirees being honored this year. The Marriott Marquis is located at 265 Peachtree Center Avenue. Hotel parking is $11 by valet only.
