Fulton Schools To Host Mid-Year Teacher Hiring Fair
Candidates will have a chance to learn about existing and future positions available in the central and south learning communities.

FULTON COUNTY, GA — The Fulton County School System will hold a mid-year recruiting event to attract teaching talent to its schools. Scheduled for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, this event will offer candidates an opportunity to learn about existing and future positions available in the central and south learning communities.
The hiring fair will be held at Langston Hughes High School at 7510 Hall Road in Fairburn. The south and central learning communities are made up of schools in Atlanta, College Park, East Point, Fairburn, Hapeville, Palmetto and Sandy Springs.
Experienced teachers as well as recent and soon-to-be graduates are encouraged to attend to learn more about employment with FCS. Interested candidates will be able to meet district leaders, discover how FCS supports and hires teachers, become familiar with Fulton’s salaries, benefits and culture, interview for current openings, experience FCS’ diversity, and learn about Fulton C.A.R.E.S. (Creating Access to Resources and Support) Wellness Initiative.

Prospective teachers will have a glimpse into the community partners, vendors and leaders, giving the candidate a chance to experience the Fulton value proposition.
