Fulton Seeks Nominations For Environmental Awards Program
Nominations sought by the Fulton County Citizens' Commission on the Environment are due by Aug. 31.

JOHNS CREEK, GA —The Fulton County Citizens’ Commission on the Environment is seeking nominations of outstanding individuals, organizations and projects in the county that exemplify or advocate for environmentally-sound practices.
Nominations submitted by the Aug. 31 deadline will be considered for the Commission's 15th Annual Environmental Awards’ Program. Winners will be recognized at the Oct. 17 meeting of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners.
The FCCCE is a citizen environmental advisory group appointed by County Commissioners to investigate environmental concerns, make recommendations on environmental policies, and increase public awareness, understanding and involvement concerning environmental issues.
