GDOT To Close Lanes On GA-400 in North Fulton County
Two northbound and two southbound lanes will close at the Northridge Road interchange Saturday evening.

The Georgia Department of Transportation will continue its slew of projects this weekend designed to improve highway infrastructure across the metro Atlanta area.

This means motorists will experience lane closures throughout the weekend. Specifically, Georgia DOT is asking motorists to avoid non-essential travel along Interstate 285, as several projects will require multiple lane closures throughout Fulton, DeKalb and Cobb counties.
In Sandy Springs, two northbound and two southbound lanes will close on S.R. 400 at Northridge Road from 7 p.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. Sunday.

Further south along GA-400 in Buckhead, one southbound lane will close from the former Toll Plaza to the tunnel south of Lenox Road from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 p.m. Sunday for fiber optic cable installation.
Motorists are encouraged to call 511 or consult 511ga.org before departing for real-time information on work status and traffic conditions.
