Free Baseball, Earth Day Events for Kids

1. MLB Pitch, Hit & Run

Deal: Johns Creek kids are invited to show their best stuff at the Aquafina Major League Baseball "Pitch, Hit, and Run" competition at  on Saturday, April 21. The event is free and open to all boys and girls ages 7 to 14. Registration starts at 9:30 a.m.

2. Johns Creek Earth Day

The second annual Johns Creek Earth Day Event at the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area, 8615 Barnwell Road, includes a hike, workshop, reptile show and campfire. All of the day's programs are free to the public but require reservations by calling 678-538-1200.

5. Roswell Alive After 5

Deal: Food, music, festivities and trolleys will be at this downtown festival. The event is free. However, there will be shopping and food available for purchase. 

Good Through: The first Alive After 5 of the year will take place in historic downtown Roswell on Canton Street Thursday, April 19. The event is scheduled to occur between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.
