JOHNS CREEK, GA — The community is invited to attend the groundbreaking of Morton Road Pocket Park at 5 p.m. on Tuesday.
The four-acre park, located off East Morton Road, near State Bridge Road, will feature a playground, pavilion, walkways, picnic areas, a restroom and a half-court basketball court. Construction is expected to be completed in the fall, weather permitting.
Those planning to attend the groundbreaking from nearby neighborhoods are encouraged to walk or bike, as parking near the site is limited.
