Heritage Camp

Popular camps return!!!


HERITAGE CAMP for ages 6-11
Our Heritage Camps bring history to life and spark campers’ imagination through creative activities, games, crafts and exploration of our historic buildings. Choose fromTime Traveler, Heritage Doll, Woodland Fairies, Nature Art & Games, or Cooking & Crafts camps.
Cooking and Crafts:
June 6-10 (pre and after care available)
July 25-29 (pre and after care available)
9:00am-3:00pm, Monday - Friday
$200 members, $220 non-members
Campers bring a snack and lunch for each day



Campers will take a step back in time through simple recipes and heritage crafts enjoyed in the past. We’ll have a cooking activity and crafts each day including making Johnny Cakes, ice cream, Native American crafts, and more! Fun games, walks, and other activities will round out each day.
Open to boys and girls.
Heritage Dolls:
June 13-17
July 18-22
9:00am-3:00pm, Monday - Friday
$200 members, $220 non-members
Campers bring a snack and lunch for each day


A favorite camp now offered 2 weeks! Campers bring a favorite doll to the Heritage Village to join them in a variety of activities like making dolls, doll accessories, a doll journal, dressing-up in period costumes, and end-of-week tea party. Games, hikes, explorations of our historic buildings, and other fun activities with an historical focus can all be shared with their special friend. Some different activities each week, so sign up for one or both weeks!
Open to girls.
Nature Art and Games:
May 30-June3
9:00am-3:00pm, Monday - Friday
$200 members, $220 non-members
Campers bring a snack and lunch for each day


This camp combines two fun activities: creating art and playing games. Campers will create all sorts of interesting projects with nature themes or utilizing natural materials. Each day will also include traditional games like badminton, croquet, hop scotch, and other pastimes popular with kids in earlier generations. Hikes to collect materials and inspiration, exploration of the Heritage Village, and more will keep campers creative and active.

Time Travelers:
June 20-24 (pre and after care available)
9:00am-3:00pm, Monday - Friday
$200 members, $220 non-members

Where our natural and historic setting brings the past alive!
We’ll set our time machine and walk through the portal to visit various periods in history. Using engaging indoor and outdoor activities, games, crafts, and visits to our historic buildings, we’ll explore life during the time of the Native Americans, Colonists, Civil War era, Industrial Revolution, Depression, or the groovy 70s.

Open to boys and girls.
Woodland Fairies:
June 27-July 1
July 11-15 (pre and after care available this week)
9:00am-3:00pm, Monday - Friday
$200 members, $220 non-members

One of our most popular camps!
Fairies, elves, trolls, and other mythical folk at Autrey Mill? Campers will use their imaginations and build observational skills while discovering the enchanted world of Autrey Mill. The week will include woodland hikes, craft projects, mythology, fairy houses, hunts for signs of fairies in the garden, costumes, and more! Some favorite activities like making fairy dwellings and costumes will repeat, but lots of different activities each week, so sign up for one or both weeks!
Open to girls.
