Ivy Bridge Academy Debate Students Excel Once Again in 47th Harvard University National Debate Tournament
Ivy Bridge Academy's (IBA) debate students competed virtually in the 47th Harvard University National Debate Tournament the weekend of February 12-15, 2021. The tournament was held virtually this year. IBA is very proud of all our students' accomplishments and even won the Middle School Team championship!
The Harvard National Middle and High School Invitational Debate Tournament, held in Cambridge each Presidents’ Day Weekend, is the largest and most prestigious high school debate tournament in the country, providing opportunities for students to compete in Policy Debate, Lincoln-Douglas Debate, Public Forum Debate, Student Congress, and a variety of individual and duo speech events. The student competitors represent the best and brightest young people across the United States and the globe.
