• Observed lack of date marking labels (stating prep and discard times) in reach in cooling prep units of grill area. Employees observed labeling during inspection (upon arrival). Corrected On-Site.
• Observed container of potato chips stored on top shelving unit in grill prep area uncovered in such a way to allow overhead contamination. Lid provided - food item was not in use at the time. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed employee handling food with bracelet on. To prevent potential contaminants from entering food, only acceptable form of jewelry is a plain wedding band.
