• Observed several of wet wiping cloths stored on shelves and racks. Wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer water while not in-use. C/A: Cloths were put back in sanitizer bucket.
• Observed in-use knives stored in standing sanitizer water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. In-use utensils that are stored in water must be hot water 135 degrees or higher Fahrenheit. C/A: Hot water was added.
• Observed cutting boards in disrepair and no longer cleanable. C/A: new cutting boards will be ordered.
• Observed inadequate lighting in the reach in cooler by the grill area. Had to use a phone light to see the food in the back of the cooler. C/A: Light bulbs will be ordered.
