• Observed a half of cut tomato sitting on the shelf itself inside of refrigeration unit (1st unit) closest to side door along with green peppers not properly protected.
• Ice machine needs cleaning and sanitized from slime that is located inside of bind.
• All wiping clothes should be stored in sanitizing solution.
