ICYMI: North Fulton Food Service Scores

The Fulton County Department of Health and Wellness conducted food service inspections May 24 through June 7 at the following establishments:

Adobo Taqueria And Tequila Bar (Food Service Inspections)
11585 JONES BRIDGE RD ALPHARETTA, GA 30022
View inspections: May 31, 2017 Score: 80, Grade: B

• Observed build up of debris along blade of can opener. All food contact surface must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized so as to prevent food build up.
• Observed several foods found in cold holding units throughout main kitchen (see "temp. observations"). Foods being cold held must maintain temperatures of 41 degrees F or lower. Foods that did not have time to cool were discarded. Items with time to cool were placed on ice.
• Observed pulled beef stored in bain marie unit failing to maintain temperatures of 135 degrees F or higher. Items was reheated to +165 degrees F.
• Observed foods stored in walk-in cooler with incorrect date marking. Any cooked food that has been stored for over 24 hours must have a date marking.
• Observed food left uncovered in walk-in cooler. Must cover food so as to prevent contamination.
• Observed several wet wiping cloths stored on the counters throughout main kitchen. When not in use, wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizing solution.
