Ivy Hall Employee Recognized For 20 Years Of Service

From Ivy Hall Assisted Living: Carole Simon, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) was recognized this week for 20 years of service at Ivy Hall Assisted Living. Michael Patterson, Ivy Hall’s Executive Director, presented Carole with an inscribed crystal clock, a letter of commendation and a monetary bonus in appreciation for her time serving residents in the community. Patterson says, “Our care staff is the essence of who we are at Ivy Hall and Carole is the epitome of dedication and loyalty. She brings a high level of energy, compassion and kindness to work with her every day. We are extremely fortunate to have employees at Ivy Hall with a heart like Carole.” Carole is commonly referred to by staff as “Mamma Carole” for her caring leadership style. She looks out for new employees just like she does for residents.
