Jeff Foxworthy Buys Groceries For Woman in Georgia

Robin McFadden was at a Georgia Publix store when the act of generosity from the legendary comedian took place.

JOHNS CREEK, GA — A woman's trip to the grocery store resulted in a chance encounter with a famous comedian whose act of kindness allowed her to save a few dollars at the checkout line.

Robin McFadden was at a Publix store in Johns Creek, Georgia, when Jeff Foxworthy, best known for his popular "You Might Be A Redneck" jokes, stepped in to help her during a stressful situation.

McFadden said items were not ringing up at the correct price, and she was working to figure out how much she would need to pay to make up the difference, according to WSB-TV.

A man behind her piped up and asked how much the mother owed the store. Next thing she knew, Foxworthy footed the bill for her trip to the store, the news station reports.

"The kids were restless and look who was behind me," McFadden said in her Facebook post, which shows a photo of her and Foxworthy. "He paid for my order when I wasn't looking! I love ❤ Jeff Foxworthy!"
