The property is zoned C-1 Conditional, and the project would include a three-story, 86-bed assisted living facility and a one-story, 26-bed memory care unit.
The site plan shows one access point onto Parsons Road, along with a second, right-in, right-out access point onto Medlock Bridge Road and indicates 89 total parking spaces, city documents show.
Council members also approved a request from Gwinnett Prado, L.P. to change zoning conditions for 1.49 acres at 10815 State Bridge Road, which would allow for the construction of two retail commercial buildings on two outparcels.
Johns Creek leaders also approved providing additional funding in the amount of $150,000 to install a right turn lane at the intersection of Jones Bridge and McGinnis Ferry roads.
