Johns Creek Aquatic Team Wins 33 Medals at Swim Meet
The team won the medals — including four 1st place medals — during the Georgia Recreation and Parks Association State Swim Meet.

Johns Creek Aquatic Team swimmers claimed 33 medals – including four first-place medals – last week at the Georgia Recreation and Parks Association State Swim Meet in Cumming.

Swimmer Cam Auerbach broke the Boys 11-12 100-yard Freestyle record with a time of 51.92 (the previous record from 2010 was 52.20).
JCAT (pronounced J-CAT) swimmers also won seven second-place medals and two third-place medals in the competition. The 75-member team won 26 individual medals and seven relay medals.

The team includes swimmers ages 7-18 from 18 different neighborhood swim teams across the city of Johns Creek.
