"I’m excited to begin working with the Oconee County commissioners, staff and residents," he added. "I’ve been able to get involved in so many aspects of the city over the years ranging from customer service and community relations to operation improvements and technical implementation measures that all help build the toolkit to serve as a county administrator. I’m really looking forward to helping Oconee County fully articulate and then helping staff execute on its community vision."
Kirouac began his career serving as the economic development specialist and senior planner with the city of Duluth before going to the Georgia Municipal Association to work as its research and information manager.
