Johns Creek Company Among 50 Best Places To Work

JOHNS CREEK, GA -- Inc. magazine has named a Johns Creek company to its 50 Best Places To Work in 2016.

VDart, a company that specializes in providing IT staffing solutions throughout metro Atlanta, is the only company in Georgia to make the list, which will be featured in the magazine's June 2016 edition.

To come up with its list, Inc. reviewed more than 500 companies that completed online applications in February and March. To be eligible for consideration, applicants had to have been up and running for three years, have between five and 500 employees, based in the United States, have a 2015 revenue of at least $2 million and be independently and privately owned.

Companies were scored in three areas:

• Wallet and workplace (30 percent): how well businesses looked after their employees' financial well-being;
• Employee feedback (34 percent): how did these companies perform in soliciting input from workers; and
• Performance innovation (36 percent): what measures do these companies use to recognize and encourage employee performance.

VDart, which is located at 11180 State Bridge Road, was founded in 2008 and Sidd Ahmed currently serves as president and CEO.

According to Inc., the company had a revenue of $50 million to $99 million in 2015 and boasts 389 employees. You can learn more about VDart by visiting its website.
