You only have a few more Saturdays to stock up on various items from local farmers and vendors.

JOHNS CREEK, GA -- You have just a few more Saturdays to enjoy the diverse lineup of fresh, locally grown produce and other homemade goodies offered each weekend at the Johns Creek Farmers Market.

The final market for the 2017 season will be Saturday, Aug. 26. The markets are held each Saturday from May through August from 8 a.m. to noon at Mark Burkhalter Amphitheater at Newtown Park.

The market features local farmers and vendors with organic and/or sustainable foods and produce. In addition to healthy items like tomatoes, lettuces, and squash, vendors sell a variety of hand-made goods and natural produce, such as flavored balsamic vinegars, free-range eggs, artisan cheeses, jams and jellies and pastas.
