Johns Creek Fire Department Builds 9/11 Memorial

On Tuesday, the firemen of Johns Creek Fire Station #61, located on Medlock Bridge Parkway, erected a memorial to the 343 members of the New York Fire Department who gave their lives trying to save others at the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001.

On Friday, American flags will be added to the memorial site located on the lawn in front of the fire station.
