Johns Creek To Honor Veterans With Ceremony

JOHNS CREEK, GA -- The city of Johns Creek will honor veterans for their service in a ceremony planned for next week at Newtown Park.

The city's event will kick off at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 18 at the Veterans Memorial Walk, and includes music from Mount Pisgah Christian School chorus, recognition of local veterans and the introduction of new Johns Creek Veterans Association board members.

Light refreshments will be served.

Newtown Park is located at 3150 Old Alabama Road.
