Johns Creek To Host Free CPR Classes

Super CPR Saturday will return April 25 at Emory Johns Creek Hospital.

The city of Johns Creek’s Super CPR Saturday will soon return for residents to learn a critical life-saving skill.

The city will host free, certified live-saving classes April 25 for residents and businesses in how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation, or CRP, and use an automated external defibrillator.

The two classes, part of the city’s Heart Ready program, will be held at 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. at Emory Johns Creek Hospital, which is at 6325 Hospital Parkway. Attendance at one of the two classes is required for certification.

These two classes, based on the American Heart Association’s Heartsaver program, are most appropriate for ages 12 and older.

Reservations for the two CPR classes are required and can be made by filling out an online registration form.
