Secret Gardens Tour Kick Off May 12 In Johns Creek

Imagine this....beautiful gardens await as you become one of the very first to participate in the inaugural Tour of Gardens in Johns Creek! Johns Creek Beautification, a Georgia (501)(c)(3) nonprofit, is excited to announce an inaugural garden tour entitled, Secret Gardens of Johns Creek! Taking place on Saturday, May 12, 2018, patrons will be able to tour 8 scenic, unique, and private gardens in Johns Creek from 10:00 am — 4:00 pm. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes, koi ponds, sculptures, and just a little bit of whimsy! Meandering pathways lead to waterfalls, formal, as well as innovative garden designs. Multitudes of perennials and hardwoods to delight the eyes await, including hydrangeas, azaleas, ferns, boxwoods, and Japanese maples. Enjoy settings which feature outdoor dining, relaxing, and entertaining spaces, while strolling through an interesting array of garden gates. Docents and volunteers will help guide the way, along with art and some gentle music to set the perfect mood at each garden spot.

Proceeds from this event will be specifically earmarked toward the purchase of major public art sculptures for the City of Johns Creek, as well as for landscape and beautification projects throughout the Johns Creek area.
