Johns Creek International Festival Set For April 21
This first-ever festival will highlight and celebrate the cultural and ethnic diversity in the city.

JOHNS CREEK, GA — The city of Johns Creek's first ever international festival will be held in April, bringing food, drinks, performance art and vendors representing cultures from around the world to the city. The Johns Creek International Festival – Taste of the World will be held April 21, and is being presented in partnership with Leadership Johns Creek, Johns Creek Arts Center and the Johns Creek Convention and Visitor Bureau.
“The City Council and I are excited about the first Johns Creek International Festival next spring,” said Mayor Mike Bodker. “Johns Creek is one of the most diverse cities in the nation, which we view as one of our greatest strengths, and we look forward to another great opportunity to share cultures, learn and grow.”
The festival is an idea created by the Johns Creek Cultural Diversity Task Force, which met between November 2016 and May 2017 to identify ways to embrace and highlight the cultural and ethnic diversity of Johns Creek. It envisioned the festival as a way to increase the awareness of and to celebrate different cultures and traditions found in Johns Creek and the metro area.
