Johns Creek Police Blotter: DUIs and Vehicle Break-Ins

Here's a sampling of arrests and incidents recently reported by Johns Creek police. None of the persons named has been convicted of a crime.

Vehicle Break-Ins: 

On May 2 a resident of Addison Place Apartments on Abbotts Bridge Road reported her vehicle reported broken into. A GPS unit valued at $200 and a stereo face plate valued at $150 were reported stolen.

On May 2 a resident on Indian Village Drive reported her vehicle broken into. A purse, credit cards and Social Security cards were reported stolen.

On May 2 a resident on Oxford Mill Drive reported his vehicle broken into. A GPS unit and Rayban sunglasses were reported stolen.

On May 4 a vehicle was reported broken into while parked at Newtown Park. A diaper bag valued at $300, an iPod valued at $100 and a portable DVD player valued at $100 were reported stolen.

On May 4 a resident on Abbottswell Drive reported his vehicle broken into. Credit and debit cards were reported stolen.

DUIs:

Alyssa Kay Miller, 29, of Norcross was arrested for DUI on May 5 on Medlock Crossing Parkway at Medlock Bridge Road.

Maria A. Castilla, 40, of Alpharetta was arrested for DUI on May 6 on Jones Bridge Road at Taylor Road.
