Johns Creek Police Investigating Homicide

87-year-old found dead in January; Medical Examiner revises ruling on cause of death.

Johns Creek Police are now investigating an unattended death in January as a homicide after the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office revised its ruling on cause of death.

Oliver Olin, 87, 18104 Harvest Ridge Lane, was found dead on Jan. 12 at his home by his daughter, who last saw him alive on Jan. 6. A medical examiner on the scene classified the cause of death as undetermined, but the Medical Examiner’s Office last week changed the ruling to homicide.

Anyone with information should call Atlanta Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS.
