A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation.

“I am proud of the work the City Council put in to address critical issues that will have significant impact on our city well into the future,” Bodker said. “From transportation, to business, to developing a location that provides a sense of place and identity for our exceptional community, I am very optimistic about the potential that lies ahead.”

City leaders worked together to identify six key focus areas, or goals, to better meet and address the needs of its residents and businesses. The goals include: provide a comprehensive transportation network; improve and grow our recreation and parks system; implement an economic development plan; continue to improve government efficiency; continue to support and invest in public safety; and enhance our sense of community.

Friday's event is hosted by the Johns Creek Business Association and the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce, and is sponsored by Emory Johns Creek Hospital.
