Johns Creek Aquatic Team swimmers claimed 42 medals – including seven first-place medals – at the Georgia Recreation and Parks Association State Swim Meet in Cumming.

JCAT (pronounced J-CAT) swimmers took home 31 individual medals and 11 relay team medals at the meet, which was held July 24-25. The 58-member Johns Creek team also claimed four second-place medals and two third-place medals in the competition.
JCAT includes swimmers ages 7 to 18 from neighborhood teams from across the city.
