The festival allows families to make a day of exploring several fun opportunities. The Fall Family Festival features music, games, carnival activities, and arts and crafts while Touch-a-Truck allows kids to get up-close and personal with larger-than-life trucks, heavy construction and public safety equipment and specialty vehicles.

Youngsters will also have a chance to play games and win prizes. The Johns Creek Farmer’s Market has been drawing up to 25 vendors every Saturday since opening in April. The market offers certified organic, locally grown fruits and vegetables and other special treats for your family.

Touch-a-Truck lets kids sit in the driver’s seat in some of the Public Works equipment used to construct the many projects around Johns Creek. Touch-A-Truck also features toy dump truck races, prizes and giveaways.

Interested vendors can apply for festival space through Sept. 25. For more information, call 678-512-3200.

Admission to the day’s events is free, but tickets for individual Fall Family Festival activities will be available for purchase.
