Johns Creek's Finest 5K Trots Into Town On April 14
The Johns Creek Police Department's race raises money for Special Olympics Georgia.
JOHNS CREEK, GA — The Johns Creek Police Department's annual race benefitting a well-known organization is just a few days away. The annual race, dubbed Johns Creek's Finest 5K, will be held Saturday, April 14 at Shakerag Park.
The 5K benefits Special Olympics Georgia, and also serves as a qualifier for the AJC Peachtree Road Race, according to the city.
As it has been in the past, the 5K is stroller, walker, wheelchair and dog friendly. Please note that all dogs must be on a leash to take part in (or observe) the run.

Anyone who registers by April 6 will receive a T-shirt. Registration costs $30 and those who are interested can sign up for the 5K here.
