• Lack of consistent labeling of foods in kitchen, of items that are not readily identifiable.
• Observed broken gaskets to reach in cooler doors.
• Interior of refrigerators and coolers in need of general cleaning, build up of food debris.
• Condensation collecting inside reach-in cooler; drain tube must be cleared so waste water is properly disposed of.
• Observed build-up on hood slats, dust and grease; recommend increasing cleaning frequency.
