The city of Johns Creek’s new lineup of classes has something for everyone looking to get into or stay in shape during the fall season.

If you are ready to dance, jump, stretch, flex, and move your way to a healthier you, there is a class for you. Registration for classes begins Oct. 1 and ends Oct. 23.

Classes for the fall season include:

Yoga

  • Monday 6 p.m. – Cardio Yoga
  • Thursday 6 p.m. - Slow, Flow & Stretch Yoga
  • Friday 8:15 a.m. – Friday Fitness Flow Yoga
  • Sunday 11 a.m. – Fitness Yoga

Zumba

  • Monday 11:30 a.m. – Zumba
  • Wednesday 12 p.m. – Zumba Step
  • ;Thursday 11:45 a.m. – Zumba
  • Saturday 9 a.m. – Zumba

Pilates

  • Tuesday 10:30 a.m. – Pilates w/ Props
  • Tuesday 11:45 a.m. – Beginner’s Pilates
  • Wednesday 6:30 p.m. – Pilates w/ Props

Lebarre:

  • Thursday 10:30 a.m. – LeBarre
  • Saturday 11 a.m. – LeBarre

Classes, which are 45 to 60 minutes long, meet once a week for six weeks beginning Nov. 2, with a week off for Thanksgiving, and ending Dec. 14.

Sessions are $37.50 for residents and $56.25 for non-residents. All fitness levels are welcome to participate.

All sessions are taught by certified instructors and are held at the Newtown Community Clubhouse, which is located at Newtown Park at 3115 Old Alabama Road.

Participants must be at least 16 years old.
