Man At Large In Johns Creek Double Shooting Faces Additional Charges
The woman's son was at home during the shooting and was able to get help, police said.

JOHNS CREEK, GA — The man accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend and her boyfriend early Monday morning is now facing more charges, Johns Creek Police said.
Police identified the suspect as Abdul Batin Rashid, who continues to be at large.
Warrants issued early Monday against Rashid were for two counts of aggravated assault, one under the Family Violence Act, police said. Additional charges include one count of burglary, one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and one count of a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, police said.

Rashid is a Black man, weighs 175 pounds and has grey hair and a close-cut beard, police said. He is known to drive a 2013 black Nissan Altima, police said, noting he should be considered armed and dangerous.
Police said the shooting happened around 2:45 a.m. in the 10000 block of Plantation Bridge Drive, where they found two people shot.

The woman's son was home at the time of the shooting and was able to jump out of his window to get help from a neighbor, police said.
A chest seal was applied to the woman while a tourniquet was applied to the man's leg, police said.
The man and woman are in North Fulton Hospital and are in stable condition, police said.
