Zumba Burst incorporates interval training moves in a shorter 30- to 45-minute dance fitness class. It also uses longer lunges or a deeper squat in a fun, dance fitness party atmosphere.
Interval training employs exercising hard for short periods of time mixed with slower-paced exercises to give students time to recover.
