New Traffic Signal Installed At Johns Creek Intersection

The signal at Johns Creek Parkway and Technology Circle is designed to improve safety and operations, the city said.

JOHNS CREEK, GA -- A new traffic signal is now functional at the intersection of Johns Creek Parkway and Technology Circle. The signal, the city of Johns Creek said, was installed to improve safety and operations at the intersection.

Johns Creek Parkway, which runs inside Johns Creek Technology Park (east of Medlock Bridge Road, south of McGinnis Ferry Road), carries an average of 6,700 vehicles per day. The city's Public Works Department advises drivers to remain alert with the new signal.

Also, a new mast arm signal was installed recently at State Bridge Road and Parkway Baptist Church, east of Medlock Bridge Road. The mast arm signal replaces the former signal wire cables. The mast arm signal is part of the city's effort to replace old signals that have reached their functioning capacity.
