Northview Student Urges No Texting While Driving

The only student in the United States to receive the "Semester of Service with Youth Service of America" grant (usually given to teachers), Northview sophomore Darius Chinoy recently produced a video urging fellow teens not to text and drive.

Darius plays trombone in the marching band and represented his school in the District Honor Jazz Band. He also runs varsity track and is working on his Eagle Scout project, where he is making an outdoor lunch area for the teachers of Northview High School.
