Ocee Park 12U Baseball Team To Host Dog Days 5K on April 11

The Ocee Park 12U Travel Baseball Team is sponsoring its second annual Dog Days 5K Fun Run on April 11, 2015. All proceeds go directly to the team to help fund their trip to Cooperstown NY in June to play in the 2015 Dreams Park Tournament.

Dog Days is a pet-friendly 5K open to all participants - runners, walkers and strollers. You don’t even have to have a dog to participate! The event takes place at Newtown Park in Johns Creek on Saturday, April 11. Packet pickup and registration begins at 8:00 am. The race begins at 9:00 am.

All participants will receive a race T-shirt and age group winners will receive awards. Snacks and drinks will be available for all of the runners/walkers. This will be a great day for all...including your dog!!
