Parks Bond, T-SPLOST Town Hall Meeting On Thursday

Johns Creek Mayor Mike Bodker and the City Council will host the Oct. 13 meeting at Park Place.

JOHNS CREEK, GA -- On Thursday, Johns Creek leaders will be on hand to discuss two questions that will be on the Nov. 8 ballot for city voters to consider.

Mayor Mike Bodker and City Council members will host a town hall meeting from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13 at Park Place at Newtown School, which is located at 3125 Old Alabama Road.

Elected officials will give residents a chance to weight in on the city's parks bond initiative, the Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax question and other issues on the minds of attendees.

For those who can't attend Thursday's town hall meeting, another gathering will be held from 6-8 p.m. Oct. 27 in the community room at Fire Station #62, which is located at 10925 Rogers Circle, Johns Creek.
