Police Blotter: Multiple Apartment Break-Ins

The following information was supplied by the Johns Creek Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Burglaries:

On Dec. 7 an apartment at was reported broken into. Three gold jewelry items and a new bottle of Gain laundry detergent were reported stolen.

On Dec. 7 an apartment at  was reported broken into. A rifle, jewelry, two video game stations, jewelry, laptop and video camera were reported stolen.

On Dec. 7 an apartment at  was reported broken into. The victim was unsure if anything had been taken, but several drawers had been opened, a box containing paperwork had been opened and thrown on the floor, and a bowl containing earrings and other items had been thrown on the bed.

On Dec. 7 an apartment at was reported broken into. A plasma TV, a professional camera and a Chanel purse were reported stolen. Presents under a Christmas tree had been opened but none taken.

On Dec. 7 responding police noticed the alarm sounding in another apartment at . Nothing appeared to be disturbed other than the front door. The resident was reported to be out of town, and police asked apartment maintenance to secure and repair the door.

On Dec. 8 an apartment at Camden River Apartments, State Bridge Road, was reported broken into. A laptop, iPad, television, jewelry and camera were reported stolen.

Vehicle Break-Ins:

On Dec. 8 a vehicle parked at Hard Exercise Works, 10305 Medlock Bridge Road, was reported broken into. A GPS unit and a purse containing credit and debit cards was reported stolen.

Thefts:

On Dec. 9 a Sawnee EMC employee reported that he was dispatched the Sanctuary townhomes on Tuckerbrook Lane to repair an electrical problem when he noticed four air conditioner compressor units that appeared forcibly opened and all internal parts missing.
