Pool Builders Seminar Set For Wednesday In Johns Creek
Pool contractors and builders in Johns Creek are invited to a seminar to understand zoning regulations, site design and engineering.

JOHNS CREEK, GA –The Johns Creek Community Development Department will host a seminar Wednesday, Feb. 9 for pool contractors and builders on current policies, procedures, and expectations as it relates to pool construction in the city.
The seminars will be held from 8:30 - 10 a.m. at Johns Creek City Hall, 11360 Lakefield Drive.
Pool contractors and builders can achieve a better understanding of zoning regulations, site design and engineering, permit plan submission and inspections, according to a news release.

- Planning & Zoning: setback requirements, buffer regulations, arborist review
- Land Development & Site Engineering: design requirements, runoff reduction requirements, best management practices
