Providence Group Announces Bell Road Development

On the heels of getting approval from the Johns Creek City Council earlier this month, The Providence Group of Georgia is announcing its 600-home community on Bell Road.

Once completed in some 10 years, the 224-acre gated Bellmoore Park community will contain more than 600 homes priced from the high-$300,000s to the $800,000s. Development will begin later this year, with home construction starting next summer.

“Bellmoore Park will be the largest residential development to be started in Johns Creek in several years,” said Warren Jolly, president of The Providence Group, in a press release.
