The Providence Group Partners with Fidelity Bank to Offer 2-1 Buydown Program
Program available at Dunwoody Towneship, Bellmoore Park and Brookmere at Johns Creek

The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC, a Green Brick partner, is excited to announce that it is partnering with Fidelity Bank to offer a 2-1 Buydown Program.
This special mortgage financing opportunity for loans saves buyers money over the life of their loan by securing a fixed rate, helping to ease into monthly payments and interest rate, and increases cash flow for up to two years.
During the first year of the loan, the rate will be two percent lower than the locked in rate. During the second year of the loan, the rate will be one percent lower than the locked in rate. Then, for the remainder of the loan, the buyer will pay their secured fixed rate.
