The north Fulton eatery was cited for packaged meat stored under a water leak, food debris on the floor and improper food storage.

  • Observed red meat in its original packaging stored below leak in walk in cooler. Packaged meat stored in a container that was collecting the ceiling water. Advised that packaging be examined and if compromise, advised that food be discarded. Food moved to different area in different container.
  • Observed raw chicken stored above raw fish in front food service area prep top cooler. Food must be stored in the correct order. Corrected On-Site.
  • Observed several cold holding violations in cold holding units throughout front food service area. All cold held foods must maintain a cold holding temperature of 41 degrees Fahrenheit or lower. Advised that foods have containers of ice placed on them and food experiencing time/temperature abuse be discarded. See "temp. observations."
  • Observed containers of sanitizer stored on food prep counter and above food in front food service prep top cooler. Sanitizer must be stored away from food and at least 6 inches off the floor. Item was corrected on site.
  • Observed failure to have internal thermometers in holding units throughout front food service area. Must have thermometers able to measure the ambient temperature of your hot and cold holding units.
  • Observed wet wiping cloths left on the counters throughout front food service area. Wiping cloths must be stored in a container of sanitizing solution when not in use.
  • Observed in use utensils stored in a container of soiled room temperature water.
  • Observed plastic bowls used as scoops for dry food. Must use a scoop with a handle.
  • Observed build up of debris on rolled edges and handles of prep top cooling units throughout front food service area. Must be cleaned to sight and touch.
  • Observed build up of food debris on floor throughout front food service area.
  • Observed build up of debris on ventilation hood above fryer in front food service area.
  • A follow-up inspection is scheduled for Jan. 10, 2017.
