The Fulton County Department of Health and Wellness conducted food service inspections Nov. 18-25 at the following north Fulton establishments:

• Observed potentially hazardous food items (chicken salad date marked prepped on 11/15) Discarded- PHF items have a 7 day shelf life from date it was prepared
• Observed (1) chemical bottle outside of its original container unlabeled (2) butane fuel stored directly beside oils unlabeled (butane fuel stored directly beside oils and condiments and above prep cooling unit relocated.
• Observed improper cooling methods of mashed potatoes.
• Observed beverage containers ‘in use’ with the ‘Enjoy By Date” past due.
• Observed (reach in cooler gaskets, crevices of equipment, hood vents, etc) non-food contact surfaces with excessive accumulation of food, liquid and grease debris; establish frequent routine cleaning schedule of all non-food contact surfaces to include equipment, floors walls and ceilings.
• Observed plumbing leak at handwash station located nearest grill prep station. Make necessary repairs to avoid moisture/mold build up around and on floors/walls.
• Observed missing crate overhead ice machine in rear kitchen area.
