• Observed build up of debris on soda machine nozzle. All food contact surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized.
• Observed improper cold holding temperatures for items in walk in cooler. Cold held foods must maintain temperatures of 41 degrees F or lower. Advised that foods experiencing time/temperature abuse be discarded.
• Food service permit not posted. Must post current food service permit where the public can view.
• No hand washing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Provide a hand washing sign at the hand sink in the front kitchen area.
• Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Must change gloves when changing tasks.
• Observed gaskets/seals on cold holding unit in poor repair. Replace reach in cooler gaskets.
• Observed build-up of food debris, dust or dirt on nonfood-contact surface. Clean all kitchen equipment. Observed wall soiled with accumulated black debris in dishwashing area. Clean all kitchen wall.
• Observed roach activity as evidenced by live roaches found by dish washing machine. Call pest control services to eliminate roach activity.
• A follow-up inspection will be held May 29.
