• Observed items stored in front food service prep-top cooler with temperatures higher than 41 degrees F (see temp. observations). Food being served to the public must have adequate time to cool to the required 41 degrees F before being consumed. Items with time to cool underwent rapid cooling measures. Items without time to cool were discarded. Corrected on-site.
• Observed utensils for dry foods store in containers with handles submerged in the food. Make sure to store with the handles pointing away from the food. Item was corrected on-site.
