Rival Johns Creek Schools "Pink Out" For Breast Cancer Awareness
The initiative was held during the Northview vs. Chattahoochee varsity football game on Oct. 28.
JOHNS CREEK, GA -- The Atlanta Falcons and Northside Hospital teamed up with Chattahoochee and Northview high schools for a game to raise awareness of breast cancer.
The so-called "pink-out" game was held on Friday, Oct. 28 at Chattahoochee High School in Johns Creek and was part of a week-long initiative dedicated to the cause.
Kickoff began after a dramatic delivery of the game ball by skydivers who landed on the 50-yard line.

The stadium, fans, coaches, cheerleaders and players donned pink gear, including Falcons pink flags, sweatbands, socks, towels and eye blacks in support of breast cancer awareness.
The “pink out” game concluded with a victory for the Chattahoochee Cougars and a fireworks show.
