We are excited to be able to present the outcome of our efforts to our community.”
Old School Punk

The organization’s Rookies groups (ages 5-7), Rock 101 and 102 (ages 8-11) will perform opening and intermission acts for each show playing songs from artists such as Steppenwolf, The Ramones, AC/DC, Deep Purple, Neon Trees, Robert Johnson, MGMT, The Beatles, Cream and Modest Mouse.
School of Rock is a concept with performance-based music programs, which are designed to create a collaborative environment where music students of all ages and skill levels are comfortable yet challenged at every turn.
Programs at the Johns Creek School of Rock include: Rookies: 60 minute classroom based instruction for 5-7 year olds; and Rock 101, which teaches basic skills through 45-minute private lessons and 90-minute group sessions per week for younger beginner rockers.
The hallmark of School of Rock is the Performance Program. This program consists of a 45-minute private lesson and a three-hour rehearsal per week. At the conclusion of each season (12-14 weeks), the students transform into rock stars in a blowout concert in front of a real live audience.
