Sidewalk Planned For Portion Of Brumbelow Road
The half-mile, 10-foot wide sidewalk fills in a gap, and will eventually connect Nesbit Ferry Road to Old Alabama Road and Newtown Park.

JOHNS CREEK, GA -- Crews will begin work this month on installing a half-mile long sidewalk along a segment of Brumbelow Road in Johns Creek.
The 10-foot wide sidewalk, which includes a pedestrian bridge, will run from Mackinac Drive to Stone Ridge Drive, the city said. It also fills a gap in connectivity, which will subsequently connect Nesbit Ferry Road to Old Alabama Road and Newtown Park.
A pedestrian bridge will be added where the road crosses a narrow bridge that currently prevents pedestrians from traveling safely on this corridor. The cost of the project is $996,013 and is expected to be completed in the spring of 2018.
