Summer Concert Series Continue With Savannah Jack
The third installment of Johns Creek's annual event will be held Aug. 27 at the Newtown Park Amphitheater.
JOHNS CREEK, GA -- It's time to lace up those dancing shoes and head over to the Newtown Park Amphitheater on Saturday because Savannah Jack will be rocking the house with their special energy and harmonies.
Known for their versatility with guitar, fiddle, mandolin, and clear vocals, the band will bring to Johns Creek a repertoire of original tunes with covers of songs by the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, the Eagles and other legendary group.
The band will take the stage on Saturday, Aug. 27 at the amphitheater.

Originally from Nashville, Savannah Jack has opened for Kenny Rogers, Leann Rimes, Peter Frampton, the Doobie Brothers and other famous acts. They were chosen in 2010 as one of the Top 10 concerts in greater Pittsburgh, and were a featured headline act on Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.
While food and non-alcoholic drinks may be brought in, contracted vendors provide a variety of catered food and beverages, including beer and wine.

The Flatbread Bistro food truck will be on-site selling food and King of Pops will be the on-site treats vendor. Seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Blankets and lawn chairs are welcome on the terraced lawn. The concerts are free, and gates open at 6 p.m. while the music starts at 7 p.m. with The Free Byrds as the opening act and Savannah Jack to follow.
